The great majority of women tend to endlessly count their calories and see zero results from doing it. The key isn’t counting the calories you eat all day, but it’s knowing the calorie count your body needs so you can achieve the results you want… And making sure you are using the most optimal exericse routines.
Most women, not all women, but most have the goal of getting a toned tight body. This means that you’ll probably be eating around 1800 to 2300 calories a day. This also depends on the type of workout your doing and what type of body type you are shooting for.

If your initial goal is to lose some body fat then you will probably be around the 1800 calories a day. You need to make sure you eat around 300 calories less than you typically eat.  If you want to build some lean muscle mass then you are going to have up the calories some to the 2300 a day… that way you will support the growth. You will be doing this your whole life and it’s a diet plan you can easily keep it up.

In fact some women think they are too thin and want to thicken up. You of course don’t want to do this by putting body fat on. Remember that you are a women and you will not get mainly and big by putting on this lean msucle…. but it may require you eat even more calories. There are plenty of women that need to eat over 3,000 calories a day in order to put on just 3 to 5 pounds of lean tight muscle.

It’s important to know that you won’t have to count your calories most of the time because by eating clean, you eat foods that are packed with really healthy calories that will support a healthy body. You won’t have those hunger spikes and you can just concentrate on living healthily. Using the right exercises to lose weight when you are clean eating and you never have to count calories, just workout and hav fun.
